Pet Visit Policies

Initial Consultation:

The initial consultation is free. During this time we’ll talk about your requirements, and you pet’s needs. If you choose to use
our services, we’ll request that you provide us with a key and security codes(if required).
Greet(for existing clients):
Client may request optional meeting with new or substitute sitter. Not required unless client adds a pet to their household.

Midday Dog Walks:

Standard 25 minute visit, between 10 AM & 4 PM Each “additional pet” charges are a per day rate. Additional blocks of time
can be purchased separately, in 10-minute increments.

Pet Sitting:

Standard 30 minute visit, before 10 AM and/or after 4pm. Each “additional pet” charges are a per day rate. Additional blocks
of time can be purchased separately, in 10 minute increments.

Overnight Visits:

Option A – Sitter will conduct a walk and feed between 5-9pm, return to house by 10pm to
spend the night, conduct another walk/potty break before bedtime, and conduct last walk and feed in the morning, before sitter
leaves for the day.

Option B – Sitter will arrive at house by 8 PM to spend the night, conduct walk and feed as soon as they arrive, another
walk/potty break before bedtime, and last walk and feed in the morning, before sitter leaves for the day.

Pet Taxi:

Cost is each way within a 10 mile radius. There is an additional $.54 fee per mile over 10 miles. Veterinary appointments are
charged at the pet visit rate for each 30 minute block of time.

Key Handling Fee:

If a visit is required to obtain keys that were not provided during the initial consultation(to be retained on file at our office),
client requests sitter obtain new keys, or client requests keys be mailed back.

Holiday Schedule:

New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day
Weekend, Thanksgiving(includes Wed, Thu, Fri of the week), Christmas(includes 12/24 – 12/26)
A non-refundable surcharge is applied per visit to any pet sitting or midday dog walking service during these holidays. The
entire holiday surcharge applicable to your holiday job is required to be pre-paid when you make your reservation.
Cancellation & Last Minute Fee Policy : Same day cancellations are subject to full fees and same day scheduling additions will
be subject to last minute fees. Reservations must be made during normal office hours. After hour requests are handled the
following business day. Normal office hours are Monday-Saturday 9 AM-5 PM, closed on Sundays and holidays as outlined

Pet Daycare Rules and Guidelines

To help maintain our high quality of service and provide a safe daycare
experience for your dog, Paws Pet Concierge Services has established
some general rules and guidelines.

  • All dogs will be checked upon arrival for fleas. If fleas are
    found, a flea bath will be administered at the pet owner’s
  • All dogs must be at least 3 months old to be admitted to
  • Inoculation history is required for Rabies, DHLP, and
    Bordatella. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations.
    There is no need to bring dog toys, beds, or other personal
    items. Paws Pet Concierge Services provides these.
  • Your pet’s food must be brought in resealable containers,
    such as ziploc bags or Tupperware containers. Commercial
    dog food bags, or paper bags are not allowed.
  • Your dog’s name and feeding instructions must be labeled on
    the food container or ziploc bag.
